Please Read this Useful Information:

– Cleanliness has always been of the utmost importance in our studio and we will continue to meet or exceed any guidelines issued (masks, gloves, 80% alcohol hand sanitizers, etc)

– Our small group training model lends itself perfectly to limiting numbers allowed in our facility at any given time. We are completely capable of staggering start times since our sessions are scheduled (to avoid close passage in and out).

– We are committed to the safety of our clients and our staff while providing all of our fitness and nutrition services. Your workout can be touch-less (no shared equipment).

– Virtual workouts provided during the stay-at-home advisory will continue for those who still feel uncomfortable leaving the house.

While we are observing strict limitations on numbers in our studio, our workouts will be 45- 50 minutes instead of 60. This will allow our trainers time to clean between sessions and for women to exit prior to allowing the next class entry.
