Our Team


Christine is the proud owner of Get In Shape For Women in Plymouth as well as the studio manager. She also trains coaches our clients on the training floor once a week! We are celebrating more than 13 years helping women transform and honestly; living our best life.  For more than a decade, Christine has introduced hundreds of women from Plymouth and our surrounding towns to The Get In Shape For Women program and model; helping them achieve their best health, fitness and wellness goals. She believes that accountability and putting in the work, leads to success and reaching your goals. If you find yourself feeling “stuck”, you are not alone. We are here to help and look forward to welcoming you into our Plymouth studio community.



Kerry has always led an active lifestyle. She was a gymnast through high school, has always enjoyed hiking, biking and kayaking. She now gets to all of these things with her family.  Kerry says, “Personal and small group training allows me to help teach and inspire individuals to reach their full potential. So they can live their best life. Here at GISFW in Plymouth accountability is the key to success. Changes in your health and fitness will not happen by wishing for it – you’ve got show up.



Beth has always been passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals! With nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, she is both a Certified Health Coach and Certified Group Personal Trainer here at Get In Shape For Women in Plymouth. Beth loves to use her skill and knowledge to help women with their health and fitness journey, whether they’re just getting started or just need some help on the last mile. Beth thrives on coaching others to build strength, confidence, and improved quality of life.


Sofia is passionate about helping others live healthy and balanced lives. Her passion for fitness emerged in college, and Sofia obtained her personal training certification through ACE in 2020. As someone who has not always liked fitness, Sofia understands the hesitation in beginning a fitness program, but truly believes that fitness is for everybody regardless of age, weight and gender. To Sofia, exercise is a form of stress release, self-care and enjoyment. Outside of training, you can find Sofia spending time with her family and friends, taking walks with her daughter and experimenting with different recipes. As a trainer at Get in Shape for Women, Sofia aims to help women push themselves and discover their own love for moving their bodies.
