I’m a fitness instructor by choice. I LOVE what I do.  I get a true sense of joy seeing others happy, healthy and living their best lives. Being a fitness instructor allows me to help others strive for, then crush a goal and set a new one!  All while nurturing Confidence.

Set the Mind and the Body will follow – anything is possible! That is what I live by and encourage all to adopt in order to set themselves up to succeed in their fitness journey as well as in life. We deserve to live our best life and we are worth it!  Taking care of yourself is the greatest love and gift to give yourself.

I want to inspire, to always be learning, to grow and to share the gift of wellness!

 

Gabby

I am passionate for all things related to health and fitness and am a strong advocate for a healthy mind to body connection. I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and aspire to obtain my doctorate in physical therapy. My goal is to inspire and help others to become the healthiest physical and mental versions of themselves.

Just as it did for me, I am witnessing fitness change my client’s lives. I am a strong believer that you only ever grow as a human being when you’re outside of your comfort zone.  As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Mind Body Fitness Coach I hope to help each of my clients discover their own power within.

Natalie

Movement, fitness, exercise, whatever you call it, should not be about changing your body; rather, I believe it is about showing your body the love and attention it both desires and deserves.

Body positivity is so important to me! My goal at the end of a session is to not only to give you a great workout, but to help reshape and rebuild your self confidence both in and out of the gym. As an ISSA certified personal trainer and a certified Yoga instructor, form and functional fitness are also important elements to my style, as is empowering women to have greater confidence when it comes to strength training.

For me, it’s important you know, that you don’t need to hit the gym five days a week to be “fit” and that healthy looks different on every body. Movement is really about finding yourself among the madness, taking time out for you, to fill your cup,  so you can fill up all of those around you

 

Joe

Manager of Stretch-Med, an assisted stretching service that is offered through the club to both members and the public. Joe is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich and has been a practicing licensed massage therapist for 8 years.
Joe is certified in Polarity and Massage Therapy and holds a license in the state of Massachusetts. He is a certified member of ABMP, the largest massage therapy association in the country.

Joe enjoys working with his clients at StretchMed and playing a part in helping them reach their physical goals. He believes that stretching is important for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a weekend warrior. Flexibility, range of motion, and healthy blood flow are essential to maintaining good pliability and long term physical well-being.

A lover of the arts Joe has been very fortunate to be the lead singer of one of the top wedding/function bands in New England for the last 12 years.  But most of all, Joe loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful children.
