Our Team

The trainers and members of the Chelmsford Get In Shape For Women form strong relationships that help hold you accountable to your goals. No matter what your fitness journey, we are here to help you every step of the way!  Here’s a few fun facts about our amazing personal trainers!

 

 

 

Rose was a member of GISFW in Walpole first then in Chelmsford. Although her background is teaching with a master’s in Education, she has always been an advocate of exercise and nutrition. She has a love for the GISFW program and has had success to keep off over 40 pounds for 4 years. The wonderful women of GISFW was her motivation to purchase the Chelmsford studio. She is dedicated to members having a memorable experience, camaraderie, and fulfilling their transformations.

 

 

Neil has been a member of GISFW for 10 years. He is the manager of Chelmsford. He has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, and Health Fitness Administration. He minored in Health & Business Administration. His certificates include Health Fitness Specialist, from the American College of Sports Medicine, Group Exercise Instructor, from the American Council of Exercise, Kettle Bell Instructor, from Perform Better, also certification in TRX instruction.

 

 

Kristin has a bachelor’s degree from Umass, Lowell in Exercise Physiology. She is a certified Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council of Exercise (ACE). She has 17 years of working experience in the health and fitness industry. Kristin has been on the GISFW team in Chelmsford for 4 years. Her energy, knowledge, humor, and dedication to our members is evidenced by their genuine appreciation of the quality workouts Kristin provides.

 

Michelle comes to us with over 20 years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine. She has worked with athletes ranging from 12-70 years old.  Creating sport specific workouts to enhance performance, prevent injury, and rehabilitate from previous injuries.  She is also currently a paramedic, personal trainer, and working on completing her Sports Nutrition certificate.  Michelle has competed in figure competitions on and off for over 10 years which for her, has solidified the importance nutrition plays in health, wellness, and fitness.  Michelle shares this knowledge with our clients and with helping them improve their quality of life through fitness.

 

Bryant went to Hofstra University on a full college football scholarship. He received his bachelor’s degree in Health Exercise Science. He is certified in personal training from the American Council of Exercise, (ACE). Bryant is a certified coach in GOATA, (Greatest Of All Time Athletes), The science of observing human movement. He is also a Biomechanics Specialist, the study of structure, function, and motion of mechanical aspects of biological systems at any level.
