Cardiovascular training plays a vital role in body transformation and overall health.
During Part 2 of our complete program, your certified personal trainer will help you achieve your goals through expert cardio training. As part of the program, you'll be introduced to high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT helps you to accelerate fat loss and calorie burning, lower blood pressure and heart rate, increase your good cholesterol, getting you and your heart in shape with less work than traditional aerobic exercise!i Performing 3 interval-training cardio workouts per week will burn approximately 280 to 300 calories per workout, or 850 to 1,000 calories per week.ii Plus, you will continue to burn calories for at least 1.5 hours after your workout is complete, and at a rate of almost double traditional aerobic exercise!iii
