Cardiovascular training plays a vital role in body transformation and overall health.
During Part 2 of our complete program, your certified personal trainer will help you achieve your goals through expert cardio training. As part of the program, you'll be introduced to interval training. Interval-training cardio helps to accelerate fat and calorie burning, lower blood pressure and heart rate, increase your good cholesterol, getting you and your heart in shape. Performing 3 interval-training cardio workouts per week will burn approximately 200 calories per workout, or 600 calories per week*. You will burn calories for approximately 2 hours after* your workout is complete!
